Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to SMPLFD's return and exchange guidelines. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your experience with us seamless and enjoyable.

Return Window

• Our policy spans 30 days. Returns or exchanges are not possible after 30 days from your purchase date.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be in their original, unused/unworn condition, and in the original packaging (for online purchases).
• Excluded items: intimate goods, 'Clearance' items, gift cards, ceramics, sunglasses, magazines/books, event tickets, and non-wearable items like candles and oils.

Defective Items

• For defective items, we cover all costs for return and/or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

• If you choose to return an item within the 30-day window, please cover the shipping cost to us.

Exchange Process

• For exchanges, cover the shipping cost to us. We'll handle the shipping back to you. Note: Subsequent exchanges will require you to cover all shipping costs.
• International exchanges: Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Proof of Purchase

• Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. For online orders, add a note specifying the return reason.

Partial Refunds

• Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged or with missing parts not due to our error, worn items (at our discretion), or items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refund Process

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of your refund's approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds: We'll process the refund, minus original shipping cost, to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
• Unapproved refunds: Option for item return by mail or a store credit (minus shipping).

Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. Processing times can vary.
• Still no refund? Contact us at info@smplfd.com.

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gift Returns

• Gifts shipped directly to you: Receive a gift credit upon return.
• Gifts not marked or shipped to the gift giver: The refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

• Mail returns to: SMPLFD, c/o Returns, 2905 Beaufait St, Detroit MI, 48207.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• For items over $75, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchange Policy Update

• We currently do not accept exchanges for online purchases. You may return your item for a refund and repurchase your desired size or color.
